Its been a few years, 3 years and 8 months to be precise, since I came to know him. Spoke to him a few times after learning about his institute called WINWAYS Systems from which I wanted to hire a few folks for my professional space in the year 2012. Not many have evoked my keen interest while being connected on a professional plane, but surely Sivarajah sir did......... and how?
- First of all, he was then launching something called NATIVE LEAD, a foundation that wanted to be a pillar for the sons of the soil in their entrepreneurial endeavors. Madurai and Business eh? I found little connection between them both as my memory could only recall from memoirs of this ancient city as a temple town and a foodie's paradise. I had my reasons to be a resident of this place as I loved its serene and tranquil moves in stark contrast to the hustle bustle metros like Chennai and Bangalore where I had sojourned a while. And here, in this city which was neither here and nor there, I came across this man of valor, who had fought his way with time to tell people that they can do Business from the IT lines to what not?
- Secondly, I started taking time to ride into his FB feeds and they were quite different. Much before the selfies had occupied the virtual whereabouts, his posts were about the SOCIETY, someone out there who was serving it, or some thought that was in the lines of a reformative and affirmative action. Even after the selfie culture become the prime time behaviour of the FB public, his posts were consistently in lines with what he had been doing earlier- ON THE SOCIETY
- I learnt a little more about him and found that HIS STORY WAS A SAGA OF SURVIVAL- the sinhalese onslaughts on his tamil settlements, the glorious defeats in his business weren't able to shake him up a bit, but then HE HAD BY NOW BECOME A TEACHER AND A MENTOR for the masses to tell them all HOW NOT TO DO A THING and on HOW TO DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME ITSELF. I was asking myself this- In this day and age, who wants to get out there to tell the others the right paths to success when one was yet to find everything his heart had yearned for.
In my eyes he had grown steadily into a
- Visionary
- Missionary
- AMAZINGLY SUCCESSFUL
- Humble yet a Mighty Human
- A Lethal Leader who could lead with genuine care
- A Futurist who can plan from the failures of the past
- Social Strategist for progress
Well, I would reserve more for the future, as time is the best judge and I would be found thoroughly wanting from my point of view of seeing Sivrajah Sir just a little over 3 years; I know that he is bound for something great and then this society owes him more than just the praise and plaudits that it has poured on him thus far.
